Citizens have another opportunity to submit suggestions for the City of Fredericksburg’s planned Riverfront Park.

The Riverfront Task Force presented the Riverfront Park Master Plan at its March 8 open house.  The plan, developed by Rhodeside & Harwell, is available to view on the city’s website, along with an online survey.  “The survey will guide the initial efforts coming up with an initial concept for Riverfront Park,” said City Council Member George Solley.

Solley said about 75 people attended Saturday’s first open house.  A second one will be scheduled later this spring.

The survey will only be online a few more days.  “We need to take the information and move with it,” Solley said.
