Restaurant door shattered – Fredericksburg Police Report

Vandalism:
Café New Orleans, 216 William Street, 10/13, 2:00 a.m. An employee reported that an unknown
male shattered the glass front door. The suspect is described as a white male wearing blue jeans and
a white t-shirt. The investigation is ongoing.
3414 Fall Hill Avenue, 10/12, 1:30 p.m. The property manager reported that an unknown person
shattered a window in the rear of the building. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny – Theft from Building:
Walmart, 1800 Carl D. Silver Parkway, 10/12, 7:30 p.m. A patron reported that she dropped her key
ring in the store at some point while she was shopping. When she retraced her steps and located her
key ring, she realized her car key was missing. The victim went to the parking lot and confirmed
that her vehicle was still there. The investigation is ongoing.
Vandalism of Motor Vehicle:
300 block Prince Edward Street, 10/12, 7:45 p.m. Two vehicles had their windows shattered. One
of the vehicles had a pair of Oakley sunglasses and pocket knife missing. The investigation is
ongoing.
3000 Plank Road, 10/11, 9:00 a.m. A business owner reported that three of his fleet trucks had their
windows shattered. No items were missing from the vehicles. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
Larceny:
2300 block Forrest Avenue, 10/12, 8:45 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole
his firearm and a round of ammunition from his secured safe in his residence. The investigation is
ongoing
