Spotsylvania arrests for DUI and child endangerment

Arrests made October 14, 2017 – October 20, 2017

 

Theft

On 10/14/2017, Deputy Plunkett arrested John Tenhoeve (29) of Spotsylvania for larceny (3rd+) for shoplifting at Target.

On 10/15/2017, Deputy Plunkett arrested Courtney Robinson (27) of Culpeper for felony larceny, larceny with intent to sell, conspiracy to commit grand larceny, and possession of controlled drug paraphernalia.

 

Assault

On 10/14/2017, Deputy Lamont arrested Jeffrey Hill (55) of no fixed address for assault on law enforcement, disorderly conduct, and trespassing in the 4 mile fork hotel area.

On 10/16/2017, Deputy M Fuller arrested Justin Sotherden (38) of Spotsylvania for assault and battery.

On 10/17/2017, Deputy J Pittman arrested Linda Reives (52) of Spotsylvania for assault and battery.  

 

Narcotics

On 10/14/2017, Deputy M. Pearce issues a summons to Brandon Ferrante (23) of Spotsylvania for possession of marijuana in the 2300 block of Salem Church Road.

On 10/14/2017, Deputy M. Pearce issued a summons to Gamesha M. Johnson (24) of Spotsylvania, Terrell K. Baker (30) of Spotsylvania, Shataisa D. Darden (30) of Spotsylvania and Ameena Q. Darden (19) of Spotsylvania. All subjects were charged with possession of marijuana in the 200 block of Olde Greenwich Drive.

 

DUI

On 10/20/2017, Deputy M. Jones arrested Edward Vogt (40) of Spotsylvania for DUI 2nd within 5 years, refusal, obstruction of justice, and child endangerment in the 11300 block of Tidewater Trail.

On 10/20/17, Deputy M. Jones was patrolling the area of Tidewater Trail, when he observed an SUV proceed through a red light at a high rate of speed. The deputy activated his emergency lights and attempted to catch up to the vehicle. After traveling only a short distance the suspect vehicle crashed and the driver bailed out. Edward was located a short time later hiding behind some nearby shrubs. Edward was taken into custody, at which time the deputies detected that he was under the influence of alcohol. It was also discovered that his juvenile daughter, who was not injured, had been in the vehicle with him during this incident. Edward was arrested and turned over to the Rappahannock Regional Jail.

 

All Other Arrests

On 10/13/2017, Sr. Deputy C Washington arrested Jerina Elaine Johnson-Barnes (45) of Spotsylvania on a Capias out of Spotsylvania GDC.

On 10/14/2017, Deputy M. Pearce arrested Dennis Williams (53) of no fixed address for appearing intoxicated in public in the 9900 block of Southpoint Parkway.

On 10/15/2017, Deputy W. Minor arrested Michelle D. Bentley (30) of Caroline for appearing intoxicated in public in the 100 block of Janney Court.

On 10/16/2017, Sr. Deputy J. Basil arrested Kadejiah Minor (30) of Fredericksburg on an outstanding Spotsylvania warrant for Filing a False Police Report.

On 10/16/2017, Sr. Deputy J. Basil arrested Steven Taylor (27) of Colonial Beach on an outstanding Spotsylvania warrant for Possession of Schedule I/II.

On 10/16/2017, Sr. Deputy J. Basil served Mr. Joseph Hooper (25) of Spotsylvania on an outstanding citizen obtained warrant for Assault.

On 10/16/2017, Sr. Deputy J. Basil arrested William Axton (38) of no fixed address on a Probation and Parole Violation.

On 10/16/2017, Deputy S. Norris arrested Erica Lynn Bownes (26) of Spotsylvania on a felony warrant for Possession and a misdemeanor warrant for Larceny.

On 10/17/2017, Sr. Deputy J. Basil arrested Tammie McCoy (41) of Spotsylvania on an outstanding Capias through Spotsylvania Circuit Court.

On 10/17/2017, Sr. Deputy J. Basil arrested Jared McGregor (35) of no fixed address on outstanding warrants through Spotsylvania for Child Neglect, Endangerment and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.

On 10/17/2017, Deputy S. Norris arrested Jerry William Outman Jr. (32) of Fredericksburg on a misdemeanor warrant for Brandishing.

On 10/18/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Camron Michael Motta (24) of Spotsylvania on a Probation and Parole Violation.

On 10/19/2017, First Sgt. B. Harvey arrested Nathaniel Agnew (43) of Stafford on a Capias out of Spotsylvania Circuit Court and a Capias out of Fredericksburg Circuit Court.

On 10/19/2017, Sr. Deputy C. Washington arrested Jay Anthony Harris (28) of Spotsylvania on an outstanding felony warrant for Larceny out of Spotsylvania County.
