SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT:
John Pritzlaff has been promoted to senior vice president. John joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in 2014 with a focus on retail sales and leasing in the Charlottesville market. Notable transactions completed by John include the sale of the historic Monticello Dairy building, The Gleason Building, the 100% building lease-up of Uncommon, the sale of 21.49 Acres on Pantops to Sentara Martha Jefferson, The Quirk Hotel land acquisition, as well as the 100% lease-up of the Coca-Cola Building on Preston Avenue.

Catharine Spangler with Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has been promoted to senior vice president. Cathy specializes in single tenant net leased and retail investment brokerage across the corporate platform. Cathy is an expert in financial analysis, underwriting, and valuation of income producing assets. Previously working as a team analyst and first vice president on the brokerage side, she has helped orchestrate some of the region’s most significant brokered transactions.

FIRST VICE PRESIDENT:
Isaac DeRegibus has been promoted to first vice president. Isaac joined Thalhimer in 2011 and specializes in industrial and office tenant and buyer owner occupant representation. Isaac represents national logistics and distribution companies as well as many local and regional firms and effectively utilizes his experience and knowledge to develop and enhance client relationships using his proactive customer centered approach to add value in every transaction.

SENIOR ASSOCIATE:
Graham Stoneburner has been promoted to senior associate. Graham joined Thalhimer in 2015 as a member of Industrial Brokerage Services, and focuses on landlord and tenant representation in Richmond. Graham provides clients with rewarding lease and sale negotiations through his in-depth analytic approach to the market and superior customer service.

Reilly Marchant has been promoted to senior associate. Reilly joined Thalhimer’s Richmond office in 2014 and specializes in both tenant and landlord representation with a focus on restaurants in the suburban and downtown markets of Richmond.

Amy J. Broderick has been promoted to senior associate. Amy came to Thalhimer in early 2015 with over ten years of experience in real estate, representing multi-family and mixed-use developers in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Delaware. She currently specializes in the sales and leasing of office properties.

Joby Saliceti has been promoted to senior associate. Joby joined Thalhimer’s Fredericksburg office in 2016 and specializes in both landlord and tenant representation. Joby has over ten years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Thalhimer, she worked for a residential real estate firm where she managed multiple corporate accounts. Joby also is the former business editor of The Free Lance-Star newspaper in Fredericksburg.

SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER:
Melody Almonte has been promoted to senior portfolio manager. Melody joined Thalhimer’s Commercial Property Services Group in their Virginia Beach office in January 2016 as portfolio manager. She is responsible for all day-to-day and fiscal operations, budgeting preparation and monitoring, vendor negotiations and contracts, and providing preventive and emergency services for a commercial portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties.
