From Fredericksburg Police Department

Robbery:

1000 block Peconic Lane, 2/19, 8:00 p.m. A citizen reported that a person she met through an app stole an undisclosed amount of cash from her. The suspect is described as a black male with short hair, approximately 18 to 23 years old, 5’11” to 6’1”, 150 to 170 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and pants. The investigation is ongoing.

Burglary/ Breaking and Entering:

1700 block Lafayette Boulevard, 2/17, 7:00 p.m. A City resident reported that he left his front door unlocked and left his apartment. When he returned, he found his Xbox gaming system was stolen. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Larceny:

400 block Virginia Avenue, 2/16, 12:00 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole a number of packages from her front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Larceny – Theft from Motor Vehicle:

400 block Riverside Manor Boulevard, 2/18, 8:50 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole her wallet. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

800 block Cobblestone Boulevard, 2/17, 11:00 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole cash and a cellphone from his unlocked vehicle.

500 block Greystone Court, 2/16, 6:15 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole her cell phone from her unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Larceny – Theft from Building:

100 block Wellington Lakes Drive, 2/17, 8:00 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole his red bicycle from his porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Vandalism:

100 block Gibson Street, 2/17, 10:45 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person shattered a window of his residence. No entry was made. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Vandalism of Motor Vehicle:

200 block Mayfield Avenue, 2/16, 6:00 p.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person deflated his vehicle’s tires. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
