City seeks broadband survey responses

From City of Fredericksburg

The City of Fredericksburg is seeking feedback on how, where and why our citizens and businesses use the internet.
City Council has established a priority to create more focus on broadband and to strive to be the fastest City in Virginia for broadband. To further that goal, we’d like to find out more about your broadband access and needs. Our focus is on residents and businesses within the City limits.
The work on this important priority begins by taking a look at the current state of broadband in Fredericksburg. To accomplish this, the City will be administering an online survey with residents and businesses within the City limits. You can access the surveys from www.fredericksburgva.gov/broadbandsurvey.
Once the data is collected from the survey, a report will be prepared and presented to City Council and made available to City residents and businesses on www.fredericksburgva.gov.
The survey is being launched on April 16, 2018, and will be available until May 18, 2018. If you do not have computer access, please take our survey at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library (1201 Caroline St) or the Social Services Office (608 Jackson St). If you have any questions, please contact Suzanne Tills, Director of Information Technology at [email protected]
