400 block Caroline Street, 8/13, 11:30 a.m. A City resident reported that an unknown person stole the VRE parking decal from his vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
1300 block Sophia Street, 8/14, 10:40 a.m. A City resident reported witnessing three men rummaging through her vehicle and taking her purse. The investigation is ongoing.
