32nd Annual Ghost Walk in Downtown Fredericksburg

(Fredericksburg, Va.) — The University of Mary Washington (UMW) Historic Preservation Club will present their 32nd Annual Ghost Walk October 21 and 22, 2016, in downtown Fredericksburg.

Walking tours led by costumed guides from the club will feature historic sites from the book “The Ghosts of Fredericksburg and Nearby Environs” by L. B. Taylor, Jr.

Tours leave every 10 to 15 minutes from the James Monroe Museum and Memorial Library courtyard at 908 Charles St. in Fredericksburg. Hours are 6 – 10 p.m. Friday, and 5 – 10 p.m. Saturday.

Tickets are $6 for adults (13 and up); $4 for UMW students/alumni, faculty/staff, and military; $3 for children age 6 – 12; free for children 5 and younger. Reservations may be made at [email protected] or 540-654-1315.
