Bags of Hope to Benefit Hope House in Fredericksburg

Need a new handbag?  Enjoy collecting purses?  Want a girl’s night out that will also benefit a good cause?  Come to Fredericksburg’s annual Bags of Hope charity benefit from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. March 20, 2014.

The one-of-a-kind auction includes new and gently used purses, vintage handbags, celebrity clutches, luggage accessories, golf bags and more.  Proceeds benefit Hope House, the only transitional housing program/facility for homeless women and their children in the Rappahannock Region.

Bags of Hope 2014 will be held at the Courtyard Marriott Historic District,  620 Caroline St., Fredericksburg.

Admission is $35 per person and includes hors d-oeuvres and two drink tickets. You may purchase tickets by cash or check at the Hope House office, 902 Lafayette Blvd., Fredericksburg.  The office is open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Tickets will also be available at the door the night of the event.
