Join Fredericksburg Parks & Recreation for Spooky Stories by the Shore 7 – 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 23, at Motts Run Reservoir, 6600 River Rd., Fredericksburg.
Follow a lantern-lit trail to the water’s edge to enjoy hot chocolate, marshmallow roasting, and spooky stories. Bring a blanket and a flashlight. Amphitheatre seating is available.
The trail opens at 6:40 p.m. Cost is $6 per person, and pre-registration is required. Purchase your tickets at the Dorothy Hart Community Center, 408 Canal St., Fredericksburg, or call 540-372-1086 ext. 213.
