Join the art galleries and studios of Fredericksburg for the First Friday Art Walk on February 5, 2016. Featured artists and studio hours are listed below. Opening receptions are from 6 – 9 p.m., unless otherwise indicated.

It’s all about Red in February. “Whether it’s a gift for a Valentine or just time to brighten your decor with something bright, red is the color theme for the month.”

810 Weekend Gallery, 810 Caroline St.,
Showcasing the works of Beverley Coates, Jen Callahan, Kathleen Willingham and Penny A. Parrish. Open from 6 – 8:30 p.m.

Fredericksburg Center for the Creative Arts, Frederick Gallery, 813 Sophia St.
A regional juried exhibition “All Photography,” juried by Adrienne Azhderian-Kelly. Opening reception from 6 – 8:30 p.m., Juror’s talk at 6 p.m.

LibertyTown Arts Workshop, 916 Liberty St.,
“For the Love of Animals,” a national juried exhibition. Open from 5 – 9 p.m.

PONSHOP, 712 Caroline St.
“Clay with Me” workshop from 6 – 8 p.m. Couples are invited to get creative in clay with their sweetheart by exploring hand-building techniques with PONSHOP owner Scarlett Pons.  Space is limited and registration is $90 per couple. Register at www.ponshopstudio.com/classes/
