A Century at Belmont

Howlin’ Coyote 10K Trail Race and WIly Pup Kids Trail Dash
Saturday, Oct. 1, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

The course takes runners through the shaded park trails and past the Potomac river. Walkers are welcome. This is a dog friendly race. Awards will be given to the top three over all finishers male and female and to the top male and female in each age group. Finishers coins will be awarded. The Wiley Pup Kids Trial Dash fun run is for children ages 5-13. Parents are encouraged to join the pups on the run or to serve as course marshals. Every child participating gets a finisher ribbon. Cold beverages and chili provided after the races.

Calling all Fairies, Wizards, Gnomes, Gobblins, Trolls, and Elves for face painting, unicorn rides, princess carriage, and many fairy games.

Culpeper Harvest Days Farm Tour
Saturday, Oct. 1, and Sunday, Oct. 2, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Begin your tour at Culpeper Agricultural Enterprises, 10220 James Monroe Hwy, (Route 29), Culpeper, Va. 22701
Visit 15 farms highlighting agricultural in Culpeper. There is no charge for entry into any of the farms on the tour, and most of the activities and demonstrations are free. Some of the farms are offering additional concessions, crafts, gift items, amusements, or products for sale. Some of the food sales benefit charity. The farm tour will take place rain or shine. Some activities and individual farms may be closed due to inclement weather.
