Curvy Yoga Workshop

In this workshop, students will learn modifications and options to make yoga postures accessible to people of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. Through a combination of conversation and practice, students will learn techniques for breath and body awareness, and tools for building strength and flexibility through gentle movement in a way that works for everybody. All levels of experience welcome in this beginner-friendly class. We will have a half-hour break for lunch or snacks, with additional smaller breaks as needed.
