Bash Boutique – Alan Furs held its grand opening celebration October 11, with a ribbon cutting and fashion show. Alan Furs, which has had a Richmond store for decades, recently opened its location at 804 Caroline St. The full-service furrier designs, makes, repairs, re-purposes and stores furs. Dina Albert is the sixth generation to operate the family business.

Albert added something new to the Fredericksburg location. She opened a store within the store — Bash Boutique features Brighton, Sloane Ranger, All for Color, Milly, Alexis Bittar, Freida Rothman and Christopher Radko purses, scarves, jewelry, accessories, ornaments, baby gifts, holiday gifts and more.

Albert said she loves the store’s location in Fredericksburg’s downtown historic district. “A company like ours, with generations and generations, takes history seriously,” she told the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
