Lord & Lilly’s Ribbon Cutting

The Fredericksburg Main Street Initiative (FMSI) held a ribbon cutting for Lord & Lilly’s and Sandy’s Frugals and Frillys on November 7. The scrapbooking, Christian decorating and collectibles store, owned by Sandy Cook, is located at 900 Caroline St.

Those attending the ribbon cutting included (l to r) FMSI President Scarlett Suhy-Pons, FMSI Treasurer Sue Bridi, Economic Development & Tourism Director Karen Hedelt, City Councilman Matt Kelly, Lord & Lilly’s owner Sandy Cook, Sandy’s daughter-in-law Amy Buchanan and Sandy’s grandson Ethan Clemons. Not pictured is Lilly, the Yorkshire Terrier for whom the store is named and who greets customers.
