March 4 Fredericksburg Area Delays and Closings

All Central Rappahannock Regional Library branches will be closed.  You can manage your account online.

City of Fredericksburg offices will open two hours late on Tuesday.  Essential staff should report as directed by their supervisor.

Fredericksburg’s Alum Spring Park, Old Mill Park, Dixon Park and the Dog Park remain closed due to icy conditions.

Fredericksburg City Schools are closed.  Code red for 12 month staff.

Fredericksburg Parks & Rec programs and activities are cancelled. The Dorothy Hart Community Center will open at 10:30 a.m.

FRED Transit is on a three hour delay. There is no a.m. VRE feeder service or D6 commuter service.

All Germanna Community College locations are closed Tuesday.

Spotsylvania County government offices are opening two hours late, with liberal leave for staff. The Livingston Landfill will open at 7 a.m.  All County Convenience Centers will open at 10 a.m.

Spotsylvania County Public Schools are closed.  Code 0 for 12-month staff.

Stafford County offices and facilities will open on a two-hour delay, with liberal leave in effect for employees.  All landfill operations will open at 8 a.m. Woodlands Pool will open mid-morning. Patrons are asked to call the pool for further information. Circuit Court and Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court will delay opening by two hours, starting promptly at 10 a.m.  General District Court is opening on time at 8 a.m.

Stafford County Public Schools are closed.  Staff are on code one.

VRE will run full, normal service on Tuesday.

The University of Mary Washington is closed, except for evening classes on the Stafford campus.
