Vandalism at Kenmore Plantation

Crime report by Natatia Bledsoe, Fredericksburg Police Department public information officer

VANDALISM:
Kenmore Plantation, 1201 Washington Ave, 3/5 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown person broke a second story window on the house. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

BREAKING AND ENTERING:
200 block Forest Village, 2/28 – 3/2 11:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person damaged her front door and appeared to gain entry into her apartment. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
Same Day Surgery, 1001 Sam Perry Blvd, 3/04 – 3/5 11:40 a.m. A patient reported that anunknown person stole prescription medication from his personal belongings. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

ARRESTS:

Janice Lee, 20, of no fixed address was arrested for failure to appear in court.
Richard Trest, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested for violation of a protective order.
Heather Mercer, 25, of Frederick, Maryland was arrested for felony shoplifting.
Leonia Loydd, 33, of Spotsylvania was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart.
Emanuel Smith, 24, of Spotsylvania was arrested for trespassing.
Rashainda Lewis, 20, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Caroline County charging her with trespassing and destruction of property.
Scott Cox, 42, of Fredericksburg was arrested for public intoxication.
Michael Lynch, 46, of Fredericksburg was arrested for shoplifting from Giant.
Michael Washington, 51, of Bowling Green was arrested for shoplifting from Giant.
