Beth Sholom Hosts Menorah Lighting

Beth Sholom Temple Fredericksburg will host its second annual public Menorah lighting from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, the first night of Chanukah.

The celebration will be held at Atlantic Builders, 1975 Jefferson Davis Hwy., and will include music candy and cider, the Facebook page said.

Chanukah is the annual Jewish festival of re-dedication, also known as the Festival of Lights. It lasts eight days, ending in 2014 on the evening of Wednesday, Dec. 24.
