Friday, Jan. 23, 1 – 8 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 24, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday, Jan. 25, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center, 2371 Carl D Silver Pkwy., Fredericksburg
Visit displays by 15 boat dealers and more than 20 vendors. Register to win a Bayliner Element 160 boat and a paddle board.
Admission: Adults $9 at door, $8 online ($1 discount for seniors age 60+). Children 12 and under are free.

Quilt National
Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday.
Fredericksburg Area Museum and Cultural Center (FAMCC), Town Hall Market House, 1001 Princess Anne St., Fredericksburg
View a display of 26 quilts from the Quilt Nation ’13 collection. The exhibit closes January 31, 2015.
Museum admission $7 adults, $2 children, age six and under are free. Discounts with ID for AAA, AARP, teachers and active military. Free for FAMCC members.

Appomattox: Victory, Defeat and Freedom at the End of the Civil War

Chocolate and Silver at the James Monroe Museum
Saturday, Jan. 24, 3 p.m.
James Monroe Museum, 908 Charles St., Fredericksburg
Taste hot chocolate based on a recipe from 1750. View pieces – including a hot chocolate pot – from the Monroes’ silver collection. Tour the museum.
Free.

UMW Basketball’s Veteran’s (Camo) Night
Saturday, Jan. 24, 3 p.m.
University of Mary Washington Anderson Center — Directions and parking.
Women’s and men’s doubleheader and recognition of Hall of Fame 2015 Inductee Class.

Woodland Hike
Sunday, Jan. 25, 2 p.m.
Gari Melchers Home and Studio at Belmont, 224 Washington St., Falmouth
Members of the Central Rappahannock Chapter of Virginia Master Naturalist program will lead the woodland hike.
