Seven months after being destroyed in an electrical fire, AAMCO’s Fredericksburg Service Center will reopen at 98A Industrial Dr.

Spotsylvania Board of Supervisors Battlefield District Representative Chris Yakabouski will host a ribbon cutting celebration at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 30.

“We are all so grateful for the support from our community, patrons and first responders who have been with us throughout this journey to rebuild,” said Mark Miles, owner of the AAMCO service center in Fredericksburg. “We are all looking forward to returning to business as usual, offering AAMCO’s industry-leading services to all Fredericksburg residents and visitors. Part of our mission is to ensure that we are providing a thorough evaluation each and every time a customer visits the center.”

AAMCO is the world’s largest chain of transmission specialists and a leader in total car care services, with more than 650 automotive centers throughout the United States and Canada.
