Fredericksburg Police Department crime report for May 12 – 14, 2015.

BURGLARY:
400 block Greystone Ct, 5/13 9:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. A resident reported that a television and other electronic items were stolen from his apartment. The victim’s vehicle was also vandalized in the parking lot. The investigation is ongoing.

LARCENY:
James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 5/12 3:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. A student reported that an unknown person stole his shoes from his gym locker. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1300 block Franklin St, 5/13 1:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole his vehicle from the street beside his house. The vehicle is a 2008 silver Ford Taurus sedan. The investigation is ongoing.

1200 block Kenmore Ave, 5/11 – 5/13 1:45 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole his wallet and some loose change from his unlocked vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 5/13 3:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. A student reported that an unknown person stole his cell phone from the weight room. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

James Monroe High School, 2300 Washington Ave, 5/8 12:45 p.m. A student reported that an unknown person stole her cell phone from a classroom. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

500 block Cobblestone Dr, 5/8 – 5/11 8:30 a.m. A resident reported that her truck and a quantity of cash were stolen from her apartment. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Moss Free Clinic, 1301 Sam Perry Blvd, 5/4 – 5/5 9:00 a.m. A student reported that an unknown person stole her sunglasses and some clothing from her unlocked vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

600 block Amelia St, 5/6 10:25 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown male subject stole a pillow from her front porch. No known suspects at this time.

Taco Bell, 543 Jefferson Davis Hwy, 4/30 11:30 a.m. A Spotsylvania resident reported that an unknown person stole her wallet while she was inside the restaurant. The offender later attempted to use one of the victim’s credit cards at a store in Spotsylvania. The investigation is ongoing.

Manarc, 107 William St, 5/9 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The owner reported that an unknown person stole two rings from the counter. The investigation is ongoing.

COUNTERFEITING:
Old Navy, 1260 Carl D Silver Pkwy, 5/11 3:20 p.m. A manager reported that two male subjects used counterfeit $50 bills to make purchases at the store. The investigation is ongoing.

VANDALISM:
Lafayette Upper Elementary, 3 Learning Ln, 5/13 1:00 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown person broke a window on her vehicle and rummaged through the glove box and center console. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

800 block Sophia St, 5/9 – 5/10 3:30 a.m. A Stafford resident reported that an unknown person scratched and damaged her vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Gordon Cemetery, 1400 Washington Ave, 5/10 5:15 p.m. A visitor reported that an unknown person spray painted graffiti on an entrance post. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

100 block Wellington Lakes Dr, 5/9 – 5/10 8:30 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person dented the hood of her vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS
Wendy Wester, 41, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 2300 block of Charles Street.

John Harrington, 18, of Spotsylvania was arrested on charges of DUI, underage possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana, carrying an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, and reckless driving in the 1200 block of Central Park Boulevard.

Jonathan Humes, 38, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 2000 block of Carl D Silver Parkway.

Tashawna Blair, 22, of Locust Grove was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 2000 block of Plank Road.

Ricky Gomez, 36, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 1400 block of Dandridge Street.

ARRESTS:
Mohmad Haroon, 18, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Haroon was released on a summons.

Scott Hertel, 61, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of trespassing. Hertel was released on a summons.

Ebony Boone, 29, of Spotsylvania was arrested on charges of failure to appear in court.

Clayton Page, 27, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Orange County charging him with probation violation.

Bria Delaney, 23, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Delaney was released on a summons.

Edwin Hall, 26, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Jeremy Lovegreen, 22, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Lovegreen was released on a summons.

John Njenga, 42, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of trespassing. Njenga was released on a summons.

Brian Freel, 57, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Freel was released on a summons.

Editor’s Note: All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
