Fredericksburg crime report June 15 – 18, 2015, from the Fredericksburg Police Department.

ROBBERY:
Nader’s Grocery, 508 Caroline St, 6/13 3:20 p.m. Two 16-year-old males reported they went to Nader’s to buy drinks and encountered two unknown adult males inside the store. After the teenagers completed their purchase, the adults followed them outside. One of the men pushed the boys up against the wall and demanded that they empty their pockets. The boys did not have anything of value and the suspects allowed them to go. The investigating officer was able to identify the suspects, and warrants have been obtained charging Lamont Haskins, 49, of no fixed address with two counts of robbery and Michael Hart, 50, of no fixed address with two counts of attempted robbery. Haskins and Hart had not been arrested by the time of this report.

LARCENY:
Thalhimer, 725 Jackson St, 6/12 – 6/17 10:45 a.m. An associate reported that a roll of fence was stolen from their property. The fencing was recovered at Summit Recycling. A suspect has been identified and the investigation is ongoing.

Thurman Brisben Homeless Shelter, 417 Central Rd, 6/17 10:00 a.m. – 2:40 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a quantity of cash from her locker. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

200 block Park Hill Dr, 6/15 1:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. A city resident reported that an unknown person stole her wallet from her vehicle in the parking lot of her office. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

600 block Stuart St, 6/16 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole her child’s bicycle from the side of the house. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

200 block Caroline St, 6/16 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole two plants from her front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Visitor Center, 706 Caroline St, 6/16 8:15 p.m. A visitor reported that an unknown person marked graffiti inside the men’s restroom. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

9 Greenbrier Dr, 6/11 – 6/12 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole his wallet from his apartment. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

600 block Stuart St, 6/14 – 6/15 3:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole her daughter’s bicycle from the side yard of the house. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

2000 block Charles St, 6/13 – 6/15 2:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole the umbrella from her outdoor patio. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1400 block Prince Edward St, 6/14 11:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole two scooters from her front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

1500 block Winchester St, 6/13 – 6/14 5:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person stole a bicycle from the front porch. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

Dixon Pool, 1300 Dixon St, 6/14 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. An employee reported that an unknown person stole a bag containing a firearm from his unsecured vehicle. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

VANDALISM:
Heather A Boutique, 721 Caroline St, 6/16 – 6/17 8:30 a.m. The owner reported that an unknown person marked graffiti on the metal cellar doors outside the business. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

2100 block Cowan Blvd, 6/14 – 6/15 4:15 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person broke the rear window of her vehicle in the parking lot. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

St. George’s Church, 905 Princess Anne St, 6/11 – 6/12 11:00 a.m. A member reported that an unknown person spray painted graffiti on a wall at the church. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

600 block Jackson St, 6/13 – 6/14 12:00 p.m. A resident reported that an unknown person scratched and damaged a vehicle left in his care. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

DUI ARRESTS:
Lorrena Dickson, 52, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of DUI in the 1700 block of Princess Anne Street.

ARRESTS:
Jaime Ripley, 36, of Ruther Glen was arrested on a warrant from Caroline County charging her with violation of a protective order.

Jamel Jackson, 25, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

Cynthia Wilt, 47, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Wilt was released on a summons.

Michael Garrick, 19, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.

Joe Washington, 51, of Fredericksburg was arrested on warrants from Stafford charging him with obtaining money by false pretenses and conspiracy.

Patrick Vukmirovich, 24, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Vukmirovich was released on a summons.

Erlinda Mendez Cruz, 22, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

Bradley Giordano, 18, of Stafford was arrested on a charge of animal cruelty. Giordano was released on a summons.

Vanessa Drury, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana. Drury was released on a summons.

David Reiss-Keeve, 22, of Locust Grove was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

Cory Hines, 23, of Spotsylvania was arrested on a warrant from Spotsylvania charging him with failure to appear in court.

James Brown, 64, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. Brown was released on a summons.

Chavonne Thomas, 31, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a warrant from Fairfax charging her with assault and battery.

Devin Williams, 39, of no fixed address was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

Stephanie Wolcott, 34, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

Donald Webb, 56, of Fredericksburg was arrested on a charge of public intoxication. John Rooney, 24, of Woodbridge was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.
