Alex the Eastern Screech Owl, Grayson the Broad-Winged Hawk and Buttercup the Black Vulture will be visiting Central Rappahannock Regional Library (CRRL) branches July 20 – 23.

The Wildlife Center of Virginia is bringing the birds to help educate children in grades Kindergarten – 6 about these magnificent predators, said CRRL Director of Youth Services Rebecca Purdy.

The Wildlife Center’s Outreach Coordinator Raina Krasner and the library’s Rebecca Purdy will be guests on “Town Talk” from 8 to 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. You can listen at 1230 AM on your radio or via livestream at the “Listen Live” tab on the station’s website.
