Harvest Market and Skin+Touch Therapy Team Up

by | Sep 5, 2015 | Business

Two local businesses are teaming up to bring a selection of products to downtown Fredericksburg in what they’re calling a “pop-up shop.”

Through December 2015, natural body and skin care products offered by Harvest Market — including the brands Badger, Indigo Wild Zum Soaps, Dr. Bronner’s, Welda and Aubrey Skincare — are available at Skin+Touch Therapy, 714 Caroline St. in downtown Fredericksburg.

“I think communities and the people in them work better when we support each other and collaborate,” said Harvest Market Owner Tamis Davis. The full-service, family owned grocery store at 7610 Heths Salient St. #112 in Spotsylvania Courthouse Village, specializes in products from local farms and food artisans.

Skin+Touch Therapy opened it’s new location in 2014. The boutique spa offers massage, facials and waxing, and includes a small selection of candles, soaps and gifts. “I thought this would be a great collaboration, and I wanted to see these products available downtown,” said Owner and Massage Therapist Brian Lam.

“The Skin+Touch Therapy and Harvest Market Pop-Up Shop will continue through the holiday season, when we’ll offer gift baskets and special packages,” Lam said.
