Government service schedules for Columbus Day 2015 — Monday, Oct. 12.
Fredericksburg
City offices will be closed Monday, Oct. 12, in observance of Columbus Day.
However, all trash and recycling collection will take place as usual.
The Belman Road Recycling Center and the Stafford Landfill will be open normal hours: Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. -3 p.m. and Monday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Spotsylvania County
Spotsylvania County government offices will be closed on October 12, in observance of the Columbus Day Holiday,
Convenience Centers will also be closed.
Spotsylvania Parks will be open as usual, 7 a.m. until dusk.
The Livingston Landfill Facility will be open as usual, 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Stafford County
Stafford County Government offices, departments and facilities will be open for business on Columbus Day Monday, Oct. 12, 2015. Woodlands Pool will have open swim from 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. and again from 8 – 9 p.m.
Circuit Court, Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, and General District Court will be closed in observance of the Columbus Day holiday. All offices of the Rappahannock Area Health District will be closed as well.
