Fahrenheit 132 will hold its grand opening on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015. The new steak house is filling the space at 318 William St., next door to Castiglia’s Italian Restaurant.

Cole Berlin and Luigi Castiglia, owner of Castiglia’s, are partnering on the venture. Berlin has 15 years experience in the restaurant industry, most recently managing the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company in Maui. He is also certified by the Court of Master Sommelliers. Chris Henshall is the Chef de Cuisine.

Berlin said his steakhouse will use certified Angus beef and seasonally fresh ingredients from local sources. It will also feature craft cocktails and a sommelier driven wine list. “We believe the difference is in the details, and it is our absolute mission to ensure every detail is attended to,” he said online. “We offer a relatively small menu. We do this to ensure that items we prepare are absolutely excellent, every time.”

Hours are 4 – 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday; 4 – 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 4 – 10 p.m. Sunday. The restaurant is closed on Monday. Reservations are accepted at 540-940-2614.
