The Market at Grelen and Solid Ground Shelters have teamed up to provide this unique camping experience. The tents will be set up in a beautiful location on the Grelen property, but electricity, a restroom trailer, shower trailer, and food and wine will be provided along with a private tailgate for the 2015 Montpelier Races.

Richmond Fall Classics Gymnastics Meet
Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 7 – 8, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Farm Bureau Center A Hall, 13111 Dawn Blvd., Doswell, Va.
Some of the best girl gymnasts ages 5 – 18 compete on beams, floor, bars and vault. The highest level gymnasts are Saturday evening.
Admission: $12 per adult for 1 day; $15 per adult for 2 days; $5 per child 12 and under for 1 day; $8 per child 12 and under for 2 days; $10 per senior 65 and over for 1 day; $12 per senior 65 and over for 2 days.

Fredericksburg Christmas Ornament Unveiling

Artist Christine Lush–Rodriguez reveals and signs her latest winning design from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. The ornaments are available for $28.50 at Heather Boutique and the Fredericksburg Visitor Center.
The two have collaborated on a Fredericksburg ornament since 2013.

First Friday Fredericksburg
Friday, Nov. 6, 6 – 9 p.m.
Downtown Fredericksburg galleries and studios host open houses, which highlight featured artists and include refreshments and often live music. Most of these occur from 6 – 9 p.m. Some of the city’s restaurants, businesses and museums join the fun, offering entertainment, exhibits and specials of their own. Free.

Lake Anna State Park, 6800 Lawyers Rd., Spotsylvania, Va.
Walk or run trails along the shore of Lake Anna and enjoy the park in the fall. Travel at your own pace along 3- or 6-mile trails. Trails can be muddy, so wear appropriate footwear. Pets welcome, but wheelchairs and strollers are not recommended. Free to walk or run.

Montpelier Hunt Races and Art At the Races
