Local Giving Opportunities for #GivingTuesday

Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015, is #GivingTuesday. The day was started four years ago to come on the heels of #BlackFriday, #SmallBusinessSaturday and #CyberMonday.

“Last year alone, #GivingTuesday pulled in a whopping $46 million in charitable donations – a 63 percent increase from 2013,” reported Malaka Gharib on NPR.

Consider local giving opportunities on #GivingTuesday. Here are a few to consider.
