Chamber Promotes Watts to Member Services Vice President

Whitney Watts has been promoted to vice president of member services for the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Watts joined the chamber in 2009 as projects assistant, in 2010 became the events coordinator and executive assistant to the president, and in 2011 was promoted to member services manager. She became member services director in 2013.

In her new role as vice president of member services, Watts will oversee all chamber programs, events and sales departments.

Watts, who lives with her husband and daughter in Bowling Green, is on the Caroline County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and is a volunteer with the Bowling Green Volunteer Fire Department.

The 2007 George Mason University graduate has a B.S. in Health, Fitness & Recreation Resources, and a concentration in Tourism and Event Management.
