Sake Restaurant has renewed its lease of 3,846 sq.ft. at 65 Dunn Drive, Spotsylvania County, VA. Wilson H. Greenlaw, Jr., CCIM handled the lease negotiations.
Advance America has renewed its lease of 2,520 sq.ft. in Plank Road Plaza at 3940 Plank Rd., Spotsylvania County, VA. Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations.

Domino’s Pizza has leased 1,332 sq.ft. in Traveler’s Row at 6332 Jefferson Davis Hwy., Thornburg (Spotsylvania County), VA. James Ashby IV and Sharon E. Schmidt handled the lease negotiations.
