When people wake up in the morning, they check their Facebook page. They don’t think of going to your website. That’s why your business should be participating in the conversational marketing Facebook makes possible.

“The question should not be whether or not all businesses should have a Facebook page but rather how does it make sense to integrate the Facebook and social experience into the brand,” said ad exec Joseph Allen in Forbes.
