Fredericksburg resident Kevin Brown will host a moderated, interactive Q&A with City Manager Bev Cameron about the recommended FY2017 budget.
The online event will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2016.

Participants are asked to review the FY2017 recommended budget on the city’s website, and prepare questions to ask City Manager Bev Cameron. Cameron, Brown and city staff will be gathered in a conference room at City Hall.
“The City Manager’s office does not yet have a Facebook account, so their responses will be posted as replies to citizen questions in the comments using my account,” Brown said. Each reply will be prefaced by ‘City Manager.’
“This event will demonstrate how social media can be used to enhance interaction and transparency between our city government and the general public,” Brown said. A record of the questions and responses will be maintained on the Facebook page.
