Lake of the Woods will host its annual Spring Realtor’s Open House from 12 – 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 15, 2016.

You can tour homes for sale in the private, planned residential community of single-family homes, located on Route 3 between Fredericksburg and Culpeper.

When you arrive at the entrance gate, tell security you are attending the open house, and proceed straight ahead to the clubhouse. You will receive a map of houses on the tour, with their selling prices. Houses range from $200,000 to $1 million.

Lake of the Woods has two lakes, an 18-hole golf course, equestrian center, fitness center, community center, swimming pools, 24-hour security, fire and rescue on site, and more.
