Hooked Expanding into Richmond
Fredericksburg-based vintage store Hooked is expanding to Richmond. Owners Mike and Lauren Skinner have leased the 2,600-square-foot former Mott Gallery at 3027 West Cary St. in Carytown. A fall opening is planned. Hooked is located at 1009 Princess Anne St. in Fredericksburg.

Fredericksburg Main Street Executive Director Attends State Main Street Meeting
Ann Glave, executive director of Fredericksburg VA Main Street, Inc., is attending Downtown Intersections, a July 11 – 13 conference presented by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development’s Virginia Main Street Program, in partnership with Staunton Downtown Development Association.

Joby Saliceti Joins Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer
Joby Saliceti has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as an associate in the Fredericksburg office. She will specialize in both landlord and tenant representation. Saliceti was with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Select Realty (formerly Realty World Select) since 2009. Prior to that, she served as business editor for The Free Lance-Star. She graduated magna cum laude from Lenoir-Rhyne College with a B.A. in Communication and Spanish, and she has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, with a concentration in Project Management.

Stafford’s Cannon Ridge Golf Club Reopens
Cannon Ridge Golf Club in Stafford County is reopened, under the new management of Spotsylvania County resident Don Long. Long purchased the business and leased the buildings and land from an affiliate of the Silver Cos., which owns the course. Cannon Ridge Golf Club, 9000 Celebrate Virginia Pkwy., offers memberships and is open to the public.

New Business Networking Group Forming in Fredericksburg
A new networking group — “Two-Twelve” Rapid Referral — is recruiting members. The group meets at 9 a.m. Wednesdays at Image360, 11901 Bowman Dr #107 in Fredericksburg. They are hosting a Happy Hour Party from 5 – 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at Home Team Grill, 1109 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Fredericksburg.
