Spotsylvania Sheriff Roger Harris, regional law enforcement and faith based community leaders will be leading the vigil at the Spotsylvania Public Safety Building, 1119 Dean Ridings Lane.
The event comes in response to the the officer-involved shootings in Louisiana and Minnesota, and the police shootings in Dallas.
