The Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce has selected 30 Fellows for its 2017 Leadership Fredericksburg program, which runs from September 2016 through May 2017.

Leadership Fredericksburg sessions include in-depth leadership skills development with industry and community leaders. Each Fellow is paired with a trained mentor from the business community, who will support their progress through the program. Participants also divide into teams to partner with an area nonprofit on an Action Learning Project.
