A new traffic signal has been activated at the intersection of Spotsylvania Parkway and Latitude Street, located halfway between Route 1 and the Interstate 95 overpass near Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
The signal will be placed in flash mode on Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2016.
It will go into full color operation between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18.
