A new traffic signal will be activated September 6, 2016, at the intersection of Spotsylvania Parkway and Latitude Street in Spotsylvania County.
It’s located on Spotsylvania Parkway halfway between Route 1 and the Interstate 95 overpass, near Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center.
The signal will be placed in flash mode the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 6.
The signal will go into full color operation at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 8
