Central Rappahannock Regional Library Honors Former Director Donna Cote

Central Rappahannock Regional Library (CRRL) honored former director Donna Cote at the Fredericksburg branch on Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2016.

The Virginia General Assembly presented a House Joint Resolution (No. 410) honoring the 44-year veteran of the library. Cote served as director for 34 years, and under her leadership the regional library system quadrupled in size. She retired in September 2015, and passed away in February of 2016.
