There were moving moments before the James Monroe (JM) – Courtland game Friday night at Maury Stadium. Josh Hardy’s brother Jack was the honorary captain.

Ten-year-old Josh died in September, after fighting since infancy a rare cancer and the complications from treatment.

Jack Hardy participated alone in the coin flip. The other JM captains stood behind their teammate.
