Deb and Brian Foley celebrated their new ownership of Taste Oil Vinegar Spice in downtown Fredericksburg and downtown Culpeper with grand reopening celebrations in both locations.

Deb has a passion for cooking with fresh and flavorful ingredients, and that led her to became a customer of Taste in May 2012. In March 2014, she saw a post on Facebook about a job opening at the Fredericksburg location. The stores were owned at that time by George Farrar and Jan Davis.

Deb was asked to manage the Fredericksburg store in October 2014. When owners Farrar and Davis began talking about retiring, Deb and Brian decided to buy the business.

Taste offers more than 50 olive oils and balsamic vinegars, all available for tasting in the stores. The stores also sell organic spices and herbs, and pastas.

“We believe fresh trumps everything,” Deb said. “We offer only the freshest olive oils and spices from around the world, complimented by the most flavorful balsamic vinegars imported from Modena, Italy.”

Taste Oil Vinegar Spice Fredericksburg is located at 815 Caroline St.

Taste Oil Vinegar Spice Culpeper is located at 202 East Davis St.
