Kheia Hilton Appointed to RACSB Board

Kheia Hilton has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB).

The Stafford County Board of Supervisors appointed Hilton to replace Barbara Williams.

Hilton, an emergency services therapist, received a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Hampton University and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Liberty University. She works for the Prince William County Community Services Board.

Hilton has volunteered with the National Urban League, Sister II Sister, and Court Appointed Special Advocates.

The RACSB provides public mental health, developmental disability, substance abuse, and prevention/early intervention services to the residents of the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford.

The organization is governed by a 15-member board, with three representatives from each locality served.
