We’ve all heard the adage, “Art for Art’s Sake.” Well how about “Art for Animal’s Sake?!”

We are excited to announce the SPCA’s very first art show, featuring Fredericksburg area artists including Jayme Bauguess, Nina Angelini, Ed King, Delana Chandler, Joshua Luna, Alexis Kay, Amy Bayne, Cheryl Bosch, and more.

Their subjects? The adoptable dogs and cats of the SPCA!

Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017, from 7 to 9 p.m., the shelter, located at 10819 Courthouse Rd., will be open to view and purchase these gorgeous pet portraits. We will have food, wine, music, and more, as you view the art pieces and the animals that inspired them.

Clear your evening and join us to support your local artists and your local animal shelter.
