Bags of Hope to Benefit Loisann’s Hope House

Purses, totes, and clutches will be auctioned during Bags of Hope, a benefit event for Loisann’s Hope House. All proceeds will go toward Loisann’s Hope House’s mission of helping homeless children and their families get off the street and back on their feet.

The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at Inn At The Olde Silk Mill, 1707 Princess Anne St., in Fredericksburg.

New and gently used bags may be donated to Loisann’s Hope House for the event. Included among the auction items are many brand-name bags, including Coach, Kate Spade, Brighton, and Chanel.

Tickets are $35 a person or $325 for a group of 10.

In addition to bidding on bags, guests my also participate in a raffle for intriguing items.

Loisann’s Hope House is the first and largest family homeless shelter in the region. For nearly three decades, this organization had been breaking the cycle of homelessness, and positively impacting thousands of families.
