Highmark Brewery is open in Stafford County.
Located at 390 Kings Hwy., it’s owned by local artist Brandon Newton, brewer Mark Thorsted and his wife Shelby, Gary and Teresa Thorsted, Chuck and Sarah Rau, and Brad Birak.
Their grand opening celebration is from 12 – 11 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2017. The Ultimate Food Operation (UFO) food truck will be on site, there will be a ribbon cutting at 2 p.m., and live music by Jay Starling from 3 – 6 p.m.
Highmark Brewery is open:
4 – 10 p.m. Thursday and Friday
12 – 11 p.m. Saturday
12 – 5 p.m. Sunday
