Local businessman Kristopher Angstadt is adding a new division to his Tiny House Building Company. Hunting Shacks will provide mobile hunting cabins. These tiny structures have all the amenities of a stationary home, and can be towed behind a truck.

“There is a great need for comfortable, transportable housing in the outdoor industry,” said Kristopher Angstadt, founder and CEO of Tiny House Building Company and Hunting Shacks.
“Being an avid outdoorsman myself, I am aware of what accommodations are available and the hefty price tag to use them. The hunting shacks are affordable, able to be financed, and fully customizable.”

Angstadt is launching his Hunting Shacks business with two models. One has an attached porch, and one has a side entrance and rear ATV carrier. Hunting Shack homes are fully equipped with bathroom, kitchen, living, sleeping and storage areas.

“Hunting Shacks are the nation’s first mobile cabins for use when hunting, fishing, camping, or enjoying other outdoor recreation,” Angstadt said. They will be available for purchase beginning March 10, 2017, at Green Top Sporting Goods, 10150 Lakeridge Pkwy. in Ashland, Virginia.
