Fredericksburg Sister Cities Pot Luck
Friday, April 14, 6 – 9 p.m. at Dorothy Hart Community Center, 408 Canal St., Fredericksburg VA, 22401
You’re invited to a joint potluck dinner with the four Fredericksburg Sister Cities of Este, Italy, Fréjus, France, Schwetzingen, Germany, and Kathmandu, Nepal.
If you have some culinary skills and are interested in bringing a dish, please coordinate with your respective Sister City point of contact. The cost for this event is $10. Purchase tickets online.

The Rude Mechanicals Present “Orphans”
Friday, April 14, and Saturday, April 15, 8 p.m. at Pickers Alley, 902 Caroline St., Fredericksburg
The Rude Mechanicals are proud to present the 2013 Tony Award nominated play about two brothers who decide to kidnap a mysterious wealthy businessman in order to get rich quick. The tables are turned, however, when he escapes and, in a strange, hilarious and moving way, becomes their long lost father figure.
Tickets are $10, $5 for students. The show contains strong language.

Join Fredericksburg and Spotsylvania National Military Park historian Becca Jameson to hike two miles round trip in the footsteps of the Union soldiers who temporarily succeeded in breaking the Confederate line of battle. Free.

Saturday, April 15, 2017, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the Fredericksburg Fairgrounds, 2400 Airport Avenue, Fredericksburg, VA 22401
Enjoy craft beer, beverages from local wineries and distilleries, and live music.

The Gong Show Adventure Style
Saturday, April 15, 7 p.m. at Adventure Brewing North, 3300 Dill Smith Dr., Fredericksburg, Virginia, 22408.
“A hand-picked slate of the 25 wildest acts in the Fredericksburg area will compete for gong or glory,” said Rita Witte of Adventure Brewing.
$8 at the door.
