Lane closure planned on Norris Bridge
FREDERICKSBURG – During the overnight hours on Monday, May 1, maintenance work will be underway to make concrete repairs to the bridge deck travel surface.
Motorists should expect a single lane closure beginning at 7 p.m. Monday, May 1 until 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 2.
An automatic flagging station will control one-way traffic on the bridge.
I’ve lived in the Fredericksburg area since 1970. I have never heard of the Norris Bridge. Where is this located?
It’s the crossing over the Rappahannock between Topping and Kilmarnock.
