STAFFORD, VA. Kord Defence, a government contractor headquartered out of Australia, has recently won a contract for US $2.25 million over 18 months to develop products for the United States Marine Corps.

The contract falls under the the United States Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) program.

Kord Defence builds technology that mounts on handheld weapons and allows soldiers to operate multiple electronic devices while keeping the weapons in use.

Kord Defence has opened a subsidiary, Kord USA, Inc. in Quantico Corporate Center. Kord USA occupies space on

“It was paramount that we strategically locate our operation at the Quantico Corporate Center due to the close proximity to our primary customer at the Quantico Base” said Zeke Williams, Director of Business Operations.
