FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA, May 18, 2017 – Central Rappahannock Regional Library (CRRL) will be joining the National Safety Council and thousands of organizations around the country to observe National Safety Month in June. National Safety Month’s primary objective is to help keep our citizens safe at home, work, and out in the community.
CRRL is partnering with TRIAD to focus on safety for seniors by hosting a series of practical workshops. TRIAD is a cooperative effort of law enforcement agencies, senior citizens, and community organizations interested in the welfare of seniors, concentrating on senior safety and reducing crimes against our most vulnerable citizens. Our local TRIAD serves Stafford County, Spotsylvania County, and the City of Fredericksburg. While the TRIAD Safety Series events are designed for seniors, all are welcome to attend.
